Are the books that say (signed book) actually signed? As in the author touched it and wrote in it? Or is it printed on? Wanna know cause I want to buy a book.

Added (1). I don't want to buy one and feel for the quality of it and determine it for myself. The site doesn't give any details on what they constitutes signed.
