All my browsers on windows 7 will not load any web page?

Im getting a connection running windows 7 but no websites load. Ive ran boot time scan on avast and malwarebytes which both detected nothing. Ive resetted my browsers and did a clean boot in safe mode and normal mode. I unchecked startup programs in msconfig. Im on my nook tablet internet just fine. Windows 7 desktop kept having a blue spinning circle with no mouse pointer on the home screen but i fixed that. Just cant fix the internet. Computer was running great and randomly the browsers stop. Firefox will run home page but internet explorer loads a blank page at home. Loading circle keeps spinning in web browsers. Ive even changed proxy settings in firefox still nothing. I need my internet.

What is the name of this anime?

Alright, so a long time ago I found a book at Barnes and Nobles. It had the cover of a girl and guy together looking up at the star with a mech standing next to them. Like in Gundam Seed? But it's not Gundam Seed. I ended up finding the animated version of this book and from what I can remember this is how the story went:
Two students, a male and female, went to the same school together. A high school. The girl was elected or chosen to be part of a space program and was put into one of the mechs to fight aliens very far away. Now these two are in love and they use old flip phones to communicate. (I find that ironic because of the mechs and they can't even create a better phone.) The boy would text the girl when she's way in space and because time is different for her, the text would take years to reach. The boy grew old and the girl stayed young then at the end of the movie he's much older and she's fighting an alien receiving a final "I love you" text from the boy right before (I think) she dies.
I just want to remember the name so I can see it again. I haven't seen the book nor anime is a very long time. Thank you!

Is amazon prime compatible with the Nook HD+ 9 inch?

I am interested in buying a Nook HD+ 9 inch, but I also like the idea of amazon prime student for kindle. Can I still use amazon prime student with the Nook, or is that only for the kindle? If it only for the kindle is there a program similar for the nook?

How to annoy neighbors without being suspected by them?

(The Issue.)

They are rude, smoke up the entire building, and they are always home watching everything that goes on. All they do is complain about everything. They are disgusting fat slobs. One is disabled, the other works from home.

We had to tape off and seal our front door to keep the smoke from coming in. Everyone I live with wants them gone.

(The Layout.)

I live in a 5 unit apartment… House.

2 apartments on the first and second floor, and on on the top.

I live on the first floor, and the people I want to annoy until they leave also live on the first floor.

We have a wall in common in our kitchens, and I have a nook if you will with a washer and dryer in it that shares a wall with their bathroom.

There is also a central hall with steps to the other apartments that everyone uses to get their mail.
