I have an interview at B&N-what should I wear?
I have an interview at Barnes and Noble today. What should I wear? I thought of black slacks and cotton a 3/4-sleeve top… One I have is black with white shirt cuffs and the other is a black V-neck with a white faux layer and flowers on the neck. Which would be best? Is a cotton 3/4 sleeve even appropriate? The interview is for a barista/customer service position. Thanks!

Isn't it funny how bad words turn into good words, and vice versa?
Sucks- originally short for "sucks c0ck" now a tv friendly word meaning "bad."
Nookie - derived from the word "nook," originally a very dirty word for a woman's privates, as bad as c*nt, now a cute tv word for sex, usually between mom and dad.
F*ck - originally a farming word meaning "to sow seed," now one of the dirtiest words in our language.
The list goes on…
Added (1). I almost forgot f-ggot, which originally just meant "bundle," then meant cigarette, finally ended up being an offensive word for a gay man.

I want to read a book but don't remember the title?!
So for my birthday I got a gift card to barnes and noble, and as I was browsing I saw a book that was bright pink and it got my attention. (I was in the teen section where all the scary books were at cause I was looking for Miss Peregrine's home for Peculiar children) I read the discription and it was about a group of girl's who's friend got possessed. It was a few months ago so I can't remember exactly. It was a very bright color pink and it had one of those creepy stars of the devil. I forgot the name of the book and I really wish to read it and I was wondering if anybody knew the name of this book?! Thank you!

Nook simple touch won't open books or format?
My nook all of a sudden won't open any of my books. It just says "the nook cannot read this file. It may be an unsupported format."
I know for a fact that the books are perfectly fine, and i've been able to open them previously. I reset the nook hoping that would do the trick, but it didn't work. Also, when I try to format the nook or micro SD card on my laptop, it automatically disconnects them and won't let me do it. Anyone have any ideas? Many thanks.

Why should I get a Kindle or Nook?
I have been thinking about getting one. My wife says I have too many books but I am addicted to reading and I have to have more and more books all the time.
However, I was looking at Kindle and Nook books available on Amazon and B&N and unless you want to read cruddy self-published junk or ancient public-domain books or re-issues of 70s pulp novels you have to spend about ten plus bucks per book. I would have a very hard time paying that much for an electronic file. I could buy a whole bunch of used paperbacks for that price.
So far the only advantage of a Kindle or Nook I can see is the space advantage of having so many books on your device. But if they cost that much, it seems like the device won't be worthwhile.
What are some other good points of the Kindle and Nook?

Barnes and Nobles job descriptions?
Im looking to apply to barnes and nobles, love that store lol. Im either looking at Bookkeeper or Head Cashier. I've read their despcriptions but I was looking for a description of more so what their average day at work is.
I don't really understand what a bookkeeper is doing, and where they are most of the time. Are they freely walking around? Are they behind a desk at the book look up cpu? Are they stacking bks? Do they get trained to learn a section?
And for a cashier… From my experience working in retail i hate doing returns and such. I know a book store would be easier than clothes, but is it hard? Are you telling a manager everytime you need to do a return or exchange?
Thanks!(:
