Is money really that important to authors?

Just wondering. If you wrote a book that was really good, that was worth popularity but not that many people were buying new copy books from major book chains like barnes and nobles, borders, etc. They just bought books from used book stores and borrowed from libraries would you be ok with that? Even if your book became really popular but you recieved little money from it would you be ok with the fact that people would read your work for free?

What are some great action romance books?

Just got a new nook and I love my romance action. I'm really looking for something with a solid bad boy man and a girl who can kick butt. Like literally swords are amazing objects… but anything free or cheep I can get on my nook would be wonderful

What types of showers are the easiest to keep clean?

I like a clean bathroom, however the shower I have now has a lot of nooks and crannies for mildew to grow. I try and clean it twice a week and spray it with an anti mildew formula but to little success. It is a rounded stall shower with a swivel door and the entire thing is fiberglass, and aluminum. What works best for a new shower?

Help picking a Sherlock Holmes book?

I'm not much of a reader myself but after a bit of a research I found out that the Complete Sherlock Holmes Wordsworth Library Collection is the best, but my brother just showed me the one from Barnes and Noble, and I need help picking a book between these two. Any avid readers out there who can help me on this?

Book corner- ideas for renaming it?

so, we are putting a book corner in the museum and we want other ways to saying book corner, except for book corner or book nook, or reading den or explorer's corner, if anyone has any idea please help out, if you know of a list online please leave the website name or url.

-we want it to be interesting
- not boring
- will get kids interested in reading
- not too long (the shorter the better)
- sounds inviting
- it can be something you though of
- (or) something your found online
- KID FRIENDLY
