How to get a job at Barnes and Nobles?

So I have been applying for like the past year, and each time they would send me an email saying that they are looking for someone different. I am 18, going to college this fall so of course I put in for part time and also for the hours I said that I could close everyday. I may have no experience but I really want the job. I do have some volunteer work. What should I do? Or is there nothing that I could do? What exactly are they looking for in a person?

How come my Nook HD won't let me watch downloaded videos?

Hi! I have a Nook HD and just downloaded uTorrent and Download Tv Shows from the Google play store. The videos download, but the system says they're unknown files and won't let me watch. Is there something I can download to fix this, or do I just have to find a different downloader?

New Modem, setting up, AT&T uVerse. WPA Setting, 1, 2, or Both?

I understand that WPA2 is the best security but it says in the instructions to leave it on "Both" 1 and 2 for maximum interoperability.

I use a VPN just for added security when I'm actively on but I'm not sure if I should leave the setting at 'Both' or choose 2.

I'll be hooking up my mobile phone, LG G3, a Nook HD+ Tablet, my Desktop, and possibly a laptop or netbook in the future.

What is your recommendation?

Can you Bluetooth your nook HD to your ps3? I can't?

My phone can BT just fine with my ps3 but my new nook can't find my ps3. I just want to play music through my TV with my nook on YouTube like I can do with my phone but my nook doesn't recognize my ps3. Help.

Recommendations for a good JQUERY/JAVA SCRIPT book?

I want to learn some JQUERY and JAVA SCRIPT. Can anyone give me a specific book that I may learn many JQUERY scenarios and codes? I went to college to be a graphic designer; I don't want to take another course. I know quite a lot of HTML and CSS already too. I saw a few good books at Barnes and Nobles, but I'm not sure how well I'd learn from them. So has anyone had any good experiences with any particular JQUERY/JAVA SCRIPT books? Note: I learn best by thourough explanations and doing examples.

First interview and I need advice. Anyone have any to offer?

Hello, so I have a group interview at Barnes & Noble for the Cafe. Does anyone have any tips for the interview? I am kind of nervous since this is my first interview ever! I don't have experience in customer service. Working at Barnes & Noble has been like a dream job for me at the moment. The reasons for this is because I just love books and I just love the feeling of being in there plus I love love love coffee and tea! I have applied to so many jobs over the summer mainly at looking for jobs positions there. By luck I got a group interview for the Barnes & Noble that is associated with my university. It is inside the building where most to all my classes will be this coming fall. I really want to nail this interview because it would just be amazing and so convenient once I actually start classes. So please any tips?

P.S. I am 18 and a freshman.
