I had sent a gift card from barnes and noble.com to my sister earlier in the month..as of the 10th, which it was sent she has not yet received it. I had contacted customer service and the apologized and said they would follow up on it and send a replacement..it takes 12-24 hours to respond, although i had not gotten the 1st email to confirm, i had sent out another inquiry and still waiting on that one. Has anyone here had any bad experiences.
Added (1). It was a regular card..they call it a smart card… ha! some smart card
