What Book Did Disney Use To Make Inside Out?

I know the movie isn't a adaption of the play but I wanted to know how they got the idea plus I heard Joy and Sadness battle to the death in the book something that makes it a bit more interesting but yeah and i don't which book it is so i don't know how to buy it i know it was a barnes and nobles book but that's it plus they seem to have different versions don't give me a link scam and get me to buy your product i know that trick just tell me what the cover looks like and what book it is

My Maximum Ride Order has been messed with?

I have recently begun purchasing the Maximum Ride books, but when I went into a Barnes and Nobles store to get books 2, 3, and 4, I realize that I have forgotten the exact order of the titles, so I look at the spines as some have their book number written on them. After coming back home and taking 5 seconds on the internet, I realize that something is very very wrong.

The proper book 2->3->4 order as I'm sure you all know is School's Out - Forever -> Saving the World and Other Extreme Sports -> and The Final Warning.

NOT according to the versions I picked up. For some reason, the version of Saving the World and Other Extreme Sports I just bought is convinced that it's NOT book three, but instead Book TWO.

And it's not just the spine that says it! I found an online version of Saving the World and did a script comparison just to be sure about this, but where in the narration Max would inform readers that they are not reading the first book in the series, the online version reads:
"Those of you who picked up this book cold, even though it’s clearly part three of a series"

While the hard copy I now own reads:
"Those of you who picked up this book cold, even though it’s clearly part two of a series."

Even MAX has been confused about the order! Does anyone know what's going on with my copy?

And one last note, the book 4 that I picked up is Nevermore, which is SUPPOSED to be book EIGHT!

Can a 70 Lbs Labrador tear up 12mm Textured Laminate with aluminum oxide finish Flooring?

My lab stays in a 5x5 playpen when we are away, and before she has torn up carpet, and then very thing vinyl sheet (Nook s floor). We are about to install Laminate Flooring, those that have texture, low gloss, 12 mm, with aluminum oxide coat. What are the chances that she scratches through the seams, digs a hole, and eats / takes off the floor?
