I can't go into the nook bookstore or read the books that downloaded on the nook simple touch at all!!! It's been stuck loading all night long! I really need help!!! I don't know how to reboot the device!!! I did the hard and soft reset but it doesn't work! When I do it would just start up normally but when it gets to the nook loading screen it would be stuck!!! PLEASE HELPP!!!
