Hi! About 4 months ago I quit my job working in the cafe at Barnes & Noble.No, I did not give prior notice. I had to relocate immediately because my mom was in a bad accident. Now I am attempting to work in a different store (the first one closed), but before they officially rehire me they are going to see if I am even eligible. Does anyone have a similar experience? Should I expect to be laughed at for even trying? Do you think that I will be eligible?
