How to play multiplayer minecraft pe nook to nook?

My siblings and i all have nooks and Minecraft Pocket Edition on them. We can play solo just fine but for some reason cannot connect to each others worlds nook to nook. We can only connect to each other if we use our moms ipad or one of our cousin kindles as the server everyone joins.Is there any way to connect to each other nook to nook? By the way we have made sure each time we try to connect that the server is visible so yeah and please help we would all really appreciate it very much.

Nook problem: book won't open?

I got a Nook for Christmas. I bought a book off of Barnes and Noble, and it showed up and downloaded on my Nook, but when I try to open it to read, it won't come up.It acts like it is going to open it, but then it just returns to my library page. All of my other books open fine. Any ideas on how to fix this.

P.S. B&N website has been INCREDIBLY slow today and yesterday. I figured it is just b/c so many ppl are probably setting up their Nooks and such from Christmas… but is it always like this? I can hardly get it to do anything… it either says "Server is busy" or takes five min to load the page. Everything else loads fine on my compture… just wondering…
