I know refurbished means not new, but when it comes to a tablet what does it mean exactly? because i bought a nook hd+ on ebay for 140 dollars, but it was advertised as brand new… some reviewers are saying about the seller that they are actually refurbished… i know the nook hd has some updates with the google play store, so could refurbished in this case just mean updating the OS?
