Are there surefire hiding places that the cops wont find when they serve a search warrant?

For example; say that the cops have a warrant to search a home for drugs or drug money. Now; they might not leave a single nook crannky or campbells soup can unchecked; but do they actually "gut" the house looking?

For example; there are fake wall outlets that look just like an ordinary one; and you can cut a rectangular hole in your wall and have a hiding place shielded by what looks like just another wall outlet. Are the police going to go through the walls and search those?

There are also genuine looking fake pipes. They look just like real water or gas pipes that you can hook up in your attic; basement or crawl space. Inside these fake pipes you could hide drugs and money.

Now; unless all cops are plumbers; or bring a plumber with them on a search warrant; how are the cops going to know that the pipe has no earthly businesses being there?

Could things like that fool police? Or do they actually shut off the water; electricity and gas and "gut" the whole entire house from foundation to roof?

Because unless they do that; then there are literally thousands of such products on the market.
