Having problems with Barnes and Noble shipment.?

I ordered a book about 2 weeks ago and I got an email saying it shipped last Monday. The tracking number they gave me does not work though! It said they shipped through "canada post/broker's worldwide" ( I live in Canada), but Canada post tracking says it's an invalid number, and broker's worldwide does not have a tracking section on their website. I tried USPS, FEDEX, and just about every other site I could think of, and the tracking number doesn't work for any of them!
What should I do? I can't go ask in person to the store since there is no B&N in my city…
