Specifically Nook Simple Touch with Glowlight vs. Kindle Paperwhite. I just want a e-reader with a light. I don't need to watch videos or play with apps or listen to music. I have gone to both websites and both of these products have some 1-star reviews.
Who has better customer service? Who would be more reliable? Earlier this year I read about Barnes and Noble possible separating/selling Nook, is that happening? Is Barnes and Noble a dying business?
