So, I plugged in my Nook and then a little window popped up and said "One of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it.for assistance in solving this problem, click this message." and i clicked it and it said that Windows doesn't recognize my USB device.
I've tried restarting my computer, and i've alway tried every USB slot there is on the computer.It's always worked up until now for some reason. Can someone help me try to fix this so I can download music again?
