As in, do they have internet like smartphones do, where they have it everwhere without having to hook up to a network? Or do smartphones even do that? I was just wondering, because I really don't know much about electronics. I'm not asking because I want to buy one or anything, I just want to know. I really don't want any personal suggestions or preferences, just an answer. I'm not asking if they have internet at all, or if it's wireless, only if they have it EVERYWHERE, without connecting to a network. And do other tablets do that?
