I'm 18 and I really need a job.So far, I've applied (paper application) to several retail stores (Aeropostale, American Eagle, Barnes & Noble, a kid store, a shoe store).
I need to go to hand them in, but do I have to speak to somebody? Should I speak to the manager? And if I do speak to the manager, what do I say to him? Or should I just get the manager's number and call a few days later?
This whole finding a job process is so confusing. Every time I've applied online, I would never get a call so I'm really hoping I can find something now.
