I want the original by Daniel P. but I cannot find it anywhere, except on Amazon, where it's around $300. I'm not willing to pay that much, I just want to read it. I do have a nook but I can't find where I can buy it, so could someone tell me a cheap way to get the book, even read it? Please help.
Added (1). Yep, looked in Books a Million, Barnes and Noble's online site…
I really do not need it instantly but would love to have it as a collector of books.
