I just bought my nook today, and brought it home and let it charge. I left, came back, and my nook was frozen on the "your NOOK is starting up… " page! i cant get it off! ive tried holding the power button and the nook button and nothing works. Please help!
Added (1). Nook customer service was no help either.he just told me to let the battery drain and it should turn off… Ill just bring it back i guess… :(
