This is what happened. I was reading my nook simple touch, when my brother was being annoying so i told him to shut up and other things. I put my nook down in front of me and we got into a brother sister argument. He came tackling me and before he could get to me crack. He put his knee on my nook simple touch. I know it was an accident and he knows, and i've made a bargain saying he will pay half for the replacement of the nook. I'm just wondering do you guys think its fair. Or is it unfair since it was kinda like an accident?
