So Barnes and Noble is starting to become a pain in the *** and I need help before I explode.
My dad sent me an e-book gift. I couldn't claim it unless I had a credit card. OKAY so I redeemed it into an e-book gift card and I STILL NEED A CREDIT CARD. I don't have one! Unless I can use a prepaid one? I have the $10 credit for the book but it asks me for a credit card just in case there's any other charges. And my mom is afraid that somebody will steal her identity if she uses her credit card online, so she's no help either.
What can I do? I'm pretty much fed up already.
