I got a visa debit card from TD Bank and I've been using it as a visa online. I bought books from barnes and noble online using the visa option and it worked. Now, I try to use it and it says it's invalid. The bank says I have $100 to spend but I've only spent $30 online. Why isn't it working anymore?
