I have a friend who is 23 and we were hanging out recently,in Barnes and Noble reading some magazines and I look to him and I see he's gawking at this girl who was clearly 14 (maybe at the OLDEST 15) in these really short shorts reading a J-14. So he begins making these sexual remarks and I point out to him the girl's clearly young age, to which he replies "Well it's not illegal to look and that's her fault for wearing those shorts." I told I thought it was weird, creepy and innaproipriate. He told me to get off his back and quit being so uptight. Am I really in the wrong here?
