I purchased a book from eBay (the actual seller was Barnes and noble) and it was the wrong book. I asked for a return and eBay emailed me back saying that the seller processed my request, gave me a full refund and now the case is closed. Barnes and noble, however, emailed me with instructions on how to return the book. Is it mandatory that I return it? Why would they give me a refund if I haven't even returned it? Thank you.
