What happened? When obama was campaigning, he said he would look under every rock and in every nook and cranny for fraud, waste and abuse.
Added (1). apparently the thumbs-downer knows the reason for buying up so much ammo it created a shortage, and then turning around and destroying over $1 billion in ammo.
I guess he just doesn't want to tell us why.
