I just got a permanent dental crown today. Within 10 minutes after the procedure I was driving home and a little white piece of something hard floated in my mouth.It seems to be a chipping off the crown molar on top. The whole crown does not look like the mold the dentist showed me before he fit it to my mouth.It lacks the natural look of the "nooks and cranny's," and feels rough all over the top of it.Is this cement that should break off like it did in the car or is this odd and should I go back to check it out?
