Say you own an ipad/smart tablet/phone that's not in service and you go to a Mcdonalds or Barnes n Nobles (any such place that offers free wifi) and connect to the internet once you log into Terms and Conditions (which I never read cuz it's to long) could they track what websites you visit? If so, I don't see how.
