I got my nook two days ago and its working fine but then when I try to charge it, the light on the charger is green indicating that the nook is fully chrged but when I look at the batery status it says its charging but the percentage of battery left gets lower everytime and so now it is dead. I am returning the nook by shipping it back but it still has all my info on ther and I cant erase it because it is dead. Does anyone know what to doo!!!
