I just got a Nook HD and I installed MyNook onto my laptop but whenever I try to open it, it says that it is not compatible with Mac OS x. I even tried downloading Nook for Mac but it said the same thing.My Mac is completely up to date. I downloaded Adobe Reader but I don't know how to put the files on my Nook. There are no folders when I open the Nook icon so I can't add it to My Documents as other websites were saying to do. I don't know what to do at this point. I called Nook tech support and Barnes and Noble and they were no help.
