would you apply for jobs that advertised for 'certified medical assistant' or 'registered'
person is 45 years old and has 25 years experience. she graduated before there was any such thing as certified or registered.
would you reason that they might just use current terminology in the ad (which included 'certified' or 'registered') and they might consider hiring someone not actually certified.
this person also have every excuse in the book as to why she can't get the practice book at barnes and nobles and take the test…one excuse is that she can't afford it (doesn't explain the refusal to try a library or sit in the book store with a notebook and use the book).
