What to add to my job resume?

I've never had a job before and I'm currently applying for one online. It's telling me to upload a resume, but I don't know what to put on it since it's actually my first time applying for a job. The job I'm applying for is Barnes and Noble. I actually love to read so I'd help customers discover new books and also recommend some. I won't shy away from going up to a customer and helping them out. I do know how to use a computer. Oh I also have another question, when it asks me to list my computer proficiencies, it gives me the option of Word, Excel, or other. What do they mean by that? I do believe I'm capable enough for the job, I just need help with the resume. Thanks!
