So I got a phone interview from one of the assistant managers then a one on one interview with the other assistant manager and GM. It all went well then they got some of my personal info for a background check. Was wondering if this is the normal procedure for hiring new applicants? They offered me receiving and explained they're gathering some applicants first. I got interview on Friday so I'm also wondering how long background checks last?
