Teen kindle/nook novels?

Back when I had a nook, 3 years ago-ish, there was a novel i downloaded, completely free, about a teen girl being abused. I m pretty sure it was by her mother, and she always looked pretty horrific every couple of chapters. Her childhood friend, a guy, moves back to town and they start dating. He makes her feel better, and slowly she starts to try and take back her life from her parent, only resulting in worse injuries.
Later in the novel, she goes on a trip with said guy, to visit his grandparents in florida. After hearing her story, they (grandma maybe?) give her a bunch of money so she can leave. The novel ends shortly after the main character is almost murdered by her parent, and she ends up fighting back, injuring the parent.
Finally she s free. In the epilogue, we see her and the guy in college, holding hands. He plans to propose to her later that day, I think.

So I can t recall what it s called, but if someone could help me out, that d be great. Thanks!
