Cleaning my Keurig after a fire!

I had a fire on my stove top and had to use my fire extinguisher. My Keurig was not in fire but the dust from the extinguisher got into every nook and cranny. I have been at this for a while. I used a vacuum to get the loose dust and a rag to get the areas I can reach. I have since pulled out an old toothbrush to get the hard to reach places. I have ran the machine to clean the inside about ten times. I can still see dust underneath the brewing compartment back where the screws are that hold everything together. I know the water never actually touches those areas. I just can't get to the area to clean it. How can I get this thing clean?
