Ok, big comic book fan for the last year or so (ever since i got my nook!) and am reading them pretty much everyday. I understand the concept of the multiverse and understand why it is important, but i've never been able to workout which comics are which "Earth" It never seems to say on the comic book, so are you just meant to know? For example you've got the current Wolverine 300 series, Wolverine Max, Savage Wolverine, Amazing Spider-Man (which is now superior Spider-Man which i disagree with but thats a whole other thing!) Avenging Spider-Man, etc All these don't take place on Earth 616! So how the hell do you know which is which?
Added (1). Oh p.s. i read a lot more comics than those, those are just a few i put down for examples.
