I would love to self publish on one of these sites: Lulu.com, Create Space, or Outskirts Press. Any advice about the sites? What are your experiences with them?
I would also like to know if you actually sell them in stores with these sites. If I self publish with these sites, will I be able to sell them at stores like: Barnes and Noble, Books a Million, or Walmart. Or do you just sell them on there site and on amazon?
