How do I replace a battery for my Nook Simple Touch? I can't? Or can I? It's a simple question, but Barnes & Noble's Customer Service tells me I cannot, but rather have to purchase an entire other unit. WHA??? Does anyone have a reliable source for their replacement batteries?
