What stores sell non-lawyer legal kits for name change?
Changing my daughter's last name. Barnes and Noble said they didn't have anything. Where can I go to buy one of these non-lawyer legal kits for name change???
Added (1). I just tried and it said legal zoom cannot provide documents for name change in missouri :/

What kind of tablet should I get? - 1
I want to get a tablet soon but not sure what to go for, here is what I am looking for.. .
1.Be able to surf the internet well
2.Be able to have card game (and other game) apps for cheap
3. Also have cool helpful apps like calendar, calculator, alarm clock, note pad, etc.
4.Be able to upload e-books or epubs
5. I don't know how much they can run to but I would prefer one under $300 if that is possible or just leave your opinions on the ones worth while.
6. Possibly watch movies
I mostly want to be able to get on the internet, play games, and read on it but just give me information and advice. I understand some might not be able to do some much. If it can't have books that is fine since I have a Nook. And I understand price=product quality. I looked at the Nook HD's and they look like their a Nook first, and anything else 2nd like not being so good with internet, games, etc.

Why did you leave your previous employment?
I'm applying for a part time job.
I previously worked at Barnes & Noble and intended to work there for a long time. However, after 3 months, my manager and I came to the agreement that I should just quit because I pursued a 3 week training to become a Certified Nursing Assistant. With the holidays coming up, they couldn't afford to give me the three weeks off to finish the training.
It should be noted that I have not yet taken the state test and therefore am not yet state certified. However, I plan to take the state test in the near future.
My question is, how did I answer the above question in an online application?

Slender man Devil worship?
I bought a Slender Man game on my Nook, and at the end of the game (if Slendy kills you) there is this Latin phrase that's repeated over and over again.It sounds like an incantation for Devil worshipers. I wanna know if anyone else has experienced something similar to this or if they know what the phrase means. Thanks much!

Describe your perfect house layout!
Mine personally would be a two story with a walk in attic. (so 3 stories!) A smallish kitchen with a breakfast nook and "formal" dining room. I'd like a living room at the front of the house with a smaller family room toward the back. Of course a bathroom downstairs and a front and back porch (screened in) Bedrooms upstairs along with a second bathroom.
Oh not to mention a nice sized (finished) basement!

Which is better? Kindle, Kindle fire or Nook?
I have a laptop.and an iphone.but i REALLY love to read.im trying to decide which ereader to get… with the kindle fire… do i REALLY need another internet device? is it worth it? I heard that with a kindle you can only buy books from amazon… and with nook you can buy them from wherever and download them… is any of that true? and really… which is more bang for my buck… which has the better battery life and should i just get a reader.or more of a tablet type deal??? help.

Pros and cons of buying this house?
My partner and I are looking for a house to call our own. We got really close to getting one we were in love with, however it did not pass a home inspection, so we've moved on.
I love two story houses, I like the privacy an upstairs bedroom has to offer. I also love older homes with all their nooks and crannies! I'm just not a fan of "cookie cutter" ranch, open style houses.
However, there isn't much out there right now, at least not where I live. We found a home in our price range on a cul-de-sac that has pretty much nothing wrong with it. However it is very much a cookie cutter house, ranch style, no basement, one story, and small.It's everything I hate about a house, but it's a house… and it has nothing wrong with it, will pass a home inspection, very nice neighborhood, fenced in back yard, etc.
Should I just keep waiting around for a different house or really consider buying this one?
