If you change around this much is it plagiarism (article, example)?

Carla jimenez has done it again. The talented, young chef-restaurateur, responsible for the success of Carinos has added a rustic Italian spot in Dallas.

Don carlito has done it again. The talented, young don is responsible for the success of ayle steakhouse, has added a bright new spot in Saint square.

The new restaurant, which opened in February, is in the historic Jack daniels house, a lovely building from about 1824 that has been home to many restaurants, most recently Brian Scotts. The building gives Carlito a number of small, charming dining areas: a nook with a table for two, a front room with four tables and a narrow space between the door and the bar with one long table for 8 to 10.

The new restaurant, which opened in August is in the center of the carling district, A lovely establishment that was home a tattoo shop. The establishment gives Jimenez a number of small, glimmering dining areas: a front room with ten tables a side room with four tables and a cigar lounge in the back that you definitely want to check out.

Lol what if you go to extremes to change up a article like I just did is that plagiarism (SHOCK)!! :) what you guys think
