Does B&N (Barnes & Noble) charge you immediately when you pre-order a book online? I'm trying to pre-order the new "Safe Haven" by Nicholas Sparks in Paperback Edition, since I don't like hardcovers, and I don't have enough money on my account. Do they charge me right on the spot? Or when the shipping process occurs?
